The working principle of the equipment is relatively simple, that is, the stretch film vacuum sealing machine needs to use a forming mold, the film must be heated to a certain extent, and then the formed mold is used to fill the shape of the container, and then the product needs to be packed. into the lower mold cavity for forming, and finally vacuum-packed.
The stretch film vacuum packaging machine mainly has four working processes, vacuum, heat sealing, air return and circulation. The following is the detailed introduction:
1. Vacuum: When the vacuum chamber of the stretch film vacuum packaging machine is closed, the vacuum pump works, the vacuum chamber starts to be evacuated, the packaging bag is vacuumed at the same time, the pointer of the vacuum gauge rises, and the rated vacuum degree (controlled by the time relay ISJ) is reached. The vacuum pump stops working. Vacuum stop. While the vacuum is working, the two-position three-way solenoid valve IDT works, the heat-sealing air chamber is vacuumized, and the heat-pressing frame remains in place.
2. Heat sealing: IDT is broken, the outside air enters the heat sealing air chamber through the upper air inlet hole, and the heat sealing air chamber is inflated and expanded by using the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the heat sealing air chamber of the stretch film vacuum packaging machine. The heat-pressing frame on it moves down to press the bag mouth; at the same time, the heat-sealing transformer works and starts to seal; at the same time, the time relay 2SJ works, moves after a few seconds, and the heat-sealing ends.
3. Air return: The two-position two-way solenoid valve 2DT is open, the atmosphere enters the vacuum chamber, the pointer of the vacuum gauge of the stretch film vacuum packaging machine returns to zero, the hot-pressing frame is reset by the return spring, and the vacuum chamber is opened.
4. Circulation: Move the vacuum chamber of the above stretch film vacuum packaging machine to another vacuum chamber, that is, enter the next working process, the left and right chambers work alternately, and the cycle goes back and forth.
